Are you hesitant to fill out our form and request a free site survey because you need to know what you’re signing up for? We understand this and want to put your mind at ease!

Our professional process starts from the first point of contact. It goes through to the installation and continual communication throughout your contract and subsequent maintenance renewals.

Here’s how we do things and why it is essential to explain our process.


“Can’t I just get a quote over the phone”?

You may have already spoken to other security installers who have already offered you a quote directly over the phone and are wondering why we don’t do the same.

Any company can quote you a “One Size Fits All” security system. However, we are committed to providing a bespoke, tailored security solution that meets your requirements and complies with the current guidelines regarding design and installation.

We will send a qualified engineer to your home or business premises to assess all the details before quoting you for a bespoke security system tailored to your needs. We are happy to explain how we have designed the system.

Unlike some companies, we’re not satisfied by offering you the first product off the shelf, taking your money and being done with it. We must conform to specific industry standards that provide you with the following:

  • The highest quality and most reliable products
  • At the best price
  • From trusted, reputable suppliers
  • A system that meets your needs in accordance with the design, commissioning and installation according to BS EN 50131-1:2018+A3:2020 with consideration to PD 6662 and BS 8243 which define the following grades,
  • grade 2E – suitable for lower-risk homes
  • grade 2 – suitable for higher-risk homes and lower-risk commercial premises
  • grade 3 – suitable for high-risk homes and most commercial premises

The below explanation is what to expect from your free home security survey.

Depending on the size of your property and the system you require, we could be with you anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour, but sometimes longer if you have any specific security requirements.

For example, suppose you live in a large house and require additional CCTV or door entry access system. In that case, you can expect it to take significantly longer than if you lived in a small bungalow and needed a burglar alarm.

Another factor that contributes to the length of your survey is whether you have any questions for us to answer at the end.

Our surveyor will stay with you until he is happy that he has assessed all of your needs, such as:

  • Whether you need equipment for your entire property or only parts of it
  • The requirement for pet-friendly or zonal systems
  • Your budget

Once we have explained all the options and you are happy, we will return to our office and create a quote for your bespoke security system tailored to your specification and budget using the information learned from the survey.


When will you receive your quote?

We aim to get your quote back to you within the week. If, for any reason, there should be a delay, we will contact you to let you know about this.

Once you receive your quote, the ball is in your court. If you are happy to go ahead, you give us a call and arrange an installation date and time.
