Terms
All goods remain the property of MG Security until paid for in full. Our terms are 30 days for accounts or pay upon installation. Installations require a 25% deposit of the full balance required to order the equipment. Payment for communication or remote monitoring is non-refundable and is charged annually within our maintenance contracts. For BT Redcare connections, it is the customer’s responsibility to set up a new alarm line. Once this is ready and we have been notified, we will attend the site to commission the system onto BT Redcare. If the customer requires an external Alarm Receiving Center monitoring connection, this is charged annually in advance. All systems with connections to an external Alarm Receiving Center require an active and maintained system contract in place. If the customer decides not to renew their contract, then the ARC connection will be terminated. This does not apply to cloud communications, where the system will send push notifications to the customer’s Mobile device.
